Welcome to our brief Massive Online Open Course on Positive Mental Health. The course is consisted of 4 educational videos, followed by questions for reflection and links to further readings. The MOOC is part of the second Intellectual Outpus of the project, and it is meant to accompany the other resources that were developed. As these four videos are a pilot of how a complete MOOC on Positive Mental Health could look like, feel free to share any feedback on how to improve it in the future.
